Résumé Package Includes:
- One brief discussion about my career services : Additional conversations offered regarding the final Résumé and LinkedIn as needed.
- To be emailed : New Résumé as an MSWord document or in any other format requested after final documents are approved.
- Phone conference to be scheduled on : Monday, November 11th at 7:30pm.
- Revisions : Revisions are offered for a 30-day period at no charge after Résumé is completed.
- Résumé Preparation : Composition, professional formatting, grammar, verb tense, spelling, and keyword placement are provided.
- LinkedIn Profile : To be completed after Résumé is approved.
***Requirements before start of the project : All supporting documentation (Initial Résumé document, resume builder form, 2-3 job descriptions, and full payment of $1100.00, LinkedIn User Name and Password) must be received on November 4th prior to composition, which is one week before we speak on November 11th.
NOTE : IF REQUESTS ARE RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE, OUR MEETING WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED AT MY CONVENIENCE AND AVAILABILITY.

I will offer one hour of Interview skills. We will meet at the Library at 10am on 11/6/2019
Duration of Project
I will offer 1 hour of career coaching and 1 hour of interview skills.

Fees for Services
Pricing: The fee for the Résumé ($800) and LinkedIn profile ($300) is an agreed upon $1100.00, You may pay by check made out to Career Connections NJ or by Venmo or PayPal found on the Rates and Services page of my website (for PayPal use, there is a 3% fee for credit card usage, an additional $33.00 in your case) found on my website prior to our meeting. NOTE: THE TOTAL FEE IF PAYPAL IS SELECTED IS $1133.00 Draft documents will be emailed to you for review before we meet, upon receipt of full payment.

Terms of Agreement
- Full Payment must be sent via check before work begins. Checks can be made out to Career Connections NJ and mailed to Lauren Markon c/o Career Connections NJ, PO Box 2315 Livingston, NJ 07039.
- A SIGNED APPROVAL OF THIS PROPOSAL IS NECESSARY PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. PLEASE SIGN THE PROPOSAL, SCAN IT AND EMAIL IT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT TO CAREERCONNECTIONSNJ@GMAIL.COM OR OUR APPOINTMENT WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED. IF AN APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED ONE WEEK BEFORE THE SCHEDULED MEETING, A $25 CANCELLATION FEE MAY BE ADDED TO THE RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
- Career Connections NJ guarantees the protection of your privacy; all drafts are shredded daily.
- Career Connections NJ will be held harmless, we do not guarantee job placement for any Résumé package prepared.
- Career Connections NJ will be held harmless against any information provided by the Client, and assumes all information provided by the Client in preparing a tailor-made Résumé or other documents are truthful and factual.
- The Client assumes all responsibility for proofreading and approving all final documents and holds Career Connections NJ harmless for any errors or omissions of the final Résumé product.
