At Career Connections NJ, I aim to provide my clients with remarkably structured and designed resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn profiles to help them get a well-paying job in your field. Promising quality and customer satisfaction is my top priority, and therefore, I have a set of terms implemented companywide to ensure excellent delivery of work.
The personal and professional information shared with you, is to ensure all customers are treated with proper safety and security. Unbreakable protection software is being used to avoid any case of breach of data by any third party on the website. Additionally, I don’t use your data for any selling purpose. Therefore, you do not need to hesitate while sharing information with me.
I provide a great range of services that are explained in detail below:
Resume Writing: I will construct your resume from scratch, which will include the design and content both. You will have to provide us with the details and specifications of your personal and professional skills and expertise.
Cover Letter Writing: I will write a professional customized cover letter for you, aptly suitable for your field of work to instantly impress the hiring managers.
LinkedIn Profile: I will provide you with your LinkedIn profile Content in MS Word or PDF document at your request. I will customize or create an account on the LinkedIn website/app with your permission, utilizing the LinkedIn Username and Password you provide.
LinkedIn Class: All LinkedIn classes will be offered to the client in person or via Skype. The class is 1-2 hours long depending on the extent of the client’s LinkedIn knowledge.
Resume Editing: I will edit the content of the Resume. In the editing service, the format will not be modified or changed.
Resume Revamp: I will make an entirely new resume for you with a new format provided by us, along with refined content based on your skills and personal data.
Career Coaching: An hourly charge is incurred for all coaching sessions requested by the client. We will meet in person or via skype to discuss all career needs and concerns.
At the time of order placement, the customer must provide me with all the details and specifications regarding their professional details through the Resume Builder intake form found on the website, which they want to include in the resume. After the completion of the order, it will be not my responsibility if any information is missing. I give my customers an additional 30 days to make any changes or edits to the final documents without a fee. After the 30 days, I will charge an additional fee for any additions or changes that are requested.
A professional proposal outlining all of the details of the project is sent out to all clients once an agreed upon date and price are discussed and confirmed. I ask that the client sign the proposal within 5 days of receipt to confirm our previously discussed appointment. If the proposal is not signed and received back within a 5-day period, I will assume the client is not interested in moving forward.
All completed work will be delivered in an MS word file or PDF version at the request of the client. In case of any issue with the formatting due to the difference in Microsoft Office versions, I will not be responsible, and indeed, no sort of refund claim will be accommodated.
I will provide a 50% refund if the client cancels the work order during the agreed upon work period. If an appointment is cancelled after the proposal is signed, the client must reschedule at my convenience and availability.
Payment Procedure & Methods
The payments of the orders have to be made in advance through check to Career Connections NJ, PO Box 2315, Livingston, NJ 07039, Venmo or PayPal. All of our payment methods are secure, as the client’s bank account or card information cannot be accessed or saved by us.
I provide revisions within reason in the content of resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile data up to 30 days after the project commences. The period to avail the revisions is one month after the order delivery. The client must make sure to carefully go through the order delivered and ask for changes in the revision time only because, after one month, revisions will not be catered to without charges.
If there are significant mistakes in the content of the resume or cover letter, customers are advised to notify me before the project commences. I try my best to satisfy all of my customers to the fullest, as my work reflects my reputation as a writer.
